About ROKA STNDRD Racing
The ROKA STNDRD Racing Team is a collaboration between top athletes and ROKA Multisport’s boundary-breaking design and engineering. More than just competitors, our team members are leaders, innovators, and relentless pursuers of personal bests.
- Founded: 2012 as Team Every Man Jack. ROKA became the title sponsor in 2025, adding women to the team the same year.

- Ages: 23-65
- Location: Our athletes are based in 26 U.S. states and Canada
- Disciplines: All distances of triathlon
- Accolades: RSR team members include IRONMAN TriClub Global World Champs, IRONMAN and IRONMAN 70.3 winners, and age-group podium finishers

What Makes RSR Exceptional
RSR athletes represent something unique and special in the sport of triathlon. They live all over the U.S. and Canada, but race like a team. They show up like a team, compete against each other, and support each other.
The last time most adults experience something like this—with teammates pushing us to be our best and supporting our journeys—is in grade school or university. RSR changes that. The way these athletes lift up each other and everyone around them is inspiring. They also lift up the entire sport.

A Culture of Innovation
Our collaboration with the hard-charging RSR team helps ROKA Multisport push our own product innovation. We work with the best of the best in product testing, feedback, research and design. Like great teammates, we push each other to outdo ourselves and perform in a league of our own.
