Shipments Within the US, US Territories, Outlying Islands and APO/FPO Addresses: 

ROKA Multisport ships to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., U.S. Territories, and Minor Outlying Islands and offers free ground shipping to the 48 contiguous United States on orders of $150 and more. We also ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Ground shipping requires 2-7 business days in transit once shipped (5-10 business days for Alaska or Hawaii). 2-Day is delivered within 2 business days once shipped, and Next Day within 1 business day once shipped. 

Shipments to P.O. Box addresses in the U.S. must select Ground shipping. These shipments can only be delivered by USPS and will be automatically changed to a USPS carrier method. P.O. Box deliveries typically take 5 - 10 business days.

Shipments to U.S. territories, Minor Outlying Islands, and APO/FPO addresses will ship with USPS Priority International. They will arrive within 6-10 business days from the ship date.

International Shipments: 

ROKA Multisport ships to most countries globally.

For most countries, duties and import taxes are included in the price of orders, and we use a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) service to ensure that no additional payments are owed by the customer upon delivery or at any other time after checkout.

We ship primarily with DHL Express. Estimated transit times are displayed during checkout. While we cannot guarantee international transit times, we find that DHL has a good track record of accuracy, with over 80% of international shipments delivering in 5 days or fewer.

Shipping Cutoff Times: 

Orders should be placed by 11AM Eastern to ensure same-business-day shipping. Orders placed after this may ship same-business-day but cannot be guaranteed to do so.
