We accept returns or exchanges on most items within 30 days of receipt. Please note that the following fees may be withheld from refunds:
For most orders, we offer the ability for these fees to be waived by selecting store credit in lieu of a direct refund.
When returning multiple orders, please make sure each item is shipped using the return label associated with the correct product. Shipping items with mixed up labels may result in refunds not being issued correctly.
Any open-box items, items from our outlet store, or items otherwise marked "Final Sale" will be restricted to exchanges or store credit only.

Refunds typically process within 3-5 business days from when they arrive at our returns handling facility. You may follow your return tracking number to see when your package is delivered.
We encourage customers to try products before making a decision about a return. This includes testing swim products in the water, and tri apparel running and biking. However, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is returned damp, discolored, significantly soiled by sweat, dirt, sand or strong odor, has been intentionally tailored or modified, has been customized or labeled, or if it appears an item was used significantly beyond reasonable testing (e.g. if it was used in a race or extended training) before a return.
