We accept returns or exchanges on most items within 30 days of receipt. A small return shipping fee may be withheld from refunds.
When returning multiple orders, please make sure each item is shipped using the return label associated with the correct product. Shipping items with mixed up labels may result in refunds not being issued correctly.

Any open-box items, items from our outlet store, or items otherwise marked "Final Sale" will be restricted to exchanges or store credit only.
