We’re thrilled to introduce the brand new ROKA STNDRD Racing women’s triathlon team. This powerhouse squad will be pushing limits around the world, and taking age-group racing to new heights.
The ROKA STNDRD Racing team launched this year, when ROKA became the title sponsor of the top men’s age-group team, formerly known as Team Every Man Jack. We’re proud to be building a women’s RSR team alongside the men’s, with athletes passionate about performance, innovation, and community.
Inaugural team members Wendy Fejfar, 48, and Jen Sylva, 42, are stoked to help launch this remarkable squad. “I’m excited to be part of a tight group of strong women supporting and pushing each other to be at our best,” says Jen, who’s racing Kona with Wendy and teammate Gillian Micoli this Saturday. “Having that connection and support from others who understand what it takes to be competitive at this level—that’s game-changing.”
Wendy agrees. “Having an all-women’s group is so important because we deal with so many different things—getting fit in racing clothes properly, getting the right equipment,” she says. “And if you have children, how to balance the sport with being a parent.”
