The ROKA Pro Team Silicone Swim Cap is a classic training and racing accessory that we provide our sponsored pro athletes. The cap is very durable, hypoallergenic, has a low drag coefficient. It can be worn on race day on its own (where permitted) or under a latex cap that is required for the event. This cap is very soft and smooth to the touch, it's easy to put on, and it doesn't grab hair like cheap latex caps. We're regularly told that these are the nicest silicone caps people have ever worn.
