"I included 4 stars and not 5 given that the goggles do leave a ring mark around my eyes after a long long swim aka +1hr at the pool. That is, when taking them off it kind of hurts a bit, not during but only when taking them off. I have losened them just to the point that I can still push off the wall without letting water in. Maybe they need a wider support? just for reference, I used to wear Tyr special ops 2 goggles and they were very soft to the eyes."

"My five-year-old Roka R1s nose bridge broke at my last club open water swim - otherwise they were still perfect - so I decided to give the R2s a try due to the swappable nose bridge. The R1s were comfortable most of the time, although they set a little too wide due to the fixed nose bridge, so if I got the placement wrong they would leave a bruise below my eyebrows. The R2 is beyond comfortable, and the slight change in the viewing angle is noticeable. As a 55+ swimmer now, I was thrilled not to have visible goggle marks when I left the lake. They seem like overkill for the lap pool, but I may end up getting an untinted second pair for that purpose."
