"I've run in my Men's Shadow Run Short (7") a few times now. These shorts are great in that they don't inhibit my stride. Also, I usually run with my car key fob on me, and these shorts' rear-zip pock keeps the fob comfortably in place with bobbing. I do wish these shorts came in colors other than black."
