These size charts are a guide. Once you get your suit, please try it on.
We have a 30-Day Return Policy, so you're covered.
- Neoprene wetsuits will be slightly looser in the water. Even if your suit feels tight on land, it may feel right in the water.
- Neoprene can stretch a little bit more when warmed up.
- If you fit more than one size, sizing down will give you a tight fit and you should expect to take 10-12 minutes to put the suit on properly.
- The suit should feel tight, but if it constricts your breathing or restricts shoulder movement in the water, then you need to size up.
- Expect to have someone help you zip the suit up. Needing help with the zipper is a sign of a performance fit.
- Use the pads of your fingers to avoid fingernail tears.
Select your height, then locate your suggested size based on your weight.

Sooooo tight around the neck but felt great in the water!
"Ok so I went with a ML based off the size chart. 5’4” around 138lbs. This wetsuit is very difficult to get on and I need help zipping it up. It is ridiculously tight around the neck HOWEVER with all that being said - it really did feel great in the lake today. Is it a workout to put on and take off? Yes. Does it feel great in the water? Also yes. My only real complaint is the tight neck. The rest of the suit feels amazing on. I find these wetsuits on the very high end of the price range but I’m hoping it will last me quite some time and get me through my first IM!"

Sleeveless Maverick
"Just got out of a 60⁰ swim with my new sleeveless Roka. Love it! More bouyant and definitely keeps the water at bay. Highly recommend and suit size was perfect. No lube needed and came off well in the water."

Love it
"I ordered two sizes and M and ML. at 5'5" and @133 lbs the ML fit best. It's snug but once I got used to that feeling I love this farmer john style. The return of the other suit was easy, too."

Fits like a wetsuit
"Had the hardest time finding a wetsuit that fit. Saw the reviews that said it was a bit tight in the chest area and that’s exactly what I needed. Fit tight on land, but in the water loosens up. Excited to race in it soon!"

Beautiful but only for small chested females
"I unfortunately have to return this. I picked a size that was more than my weight to make sure the chest wouldn't be too tight. It is! There's no way I could breath as necessary when competing in open water swims. The hips get bigger with bigger sizes but the wetsuits seem more geared for small chested triathlon women."
