These size charts are a guide. Once you get your suit, please try it on.

FIT TIPS

  • Neoprene wetsuits will be slightly looser in the water. Even if your suit feels tight on land, it may feel right in the water.
  • Neoprene can stretch a little bit more when warmed up.
  • If you fit more than one size, sizing down will give you a tight fit and you should expect to take 10-12 minutes to put the suit on properly.
  • The suit should feel tight, but if it constricts your breathing or restricts shoulder movement in the water, then you need to size up.
  • Expect to have someone help you zip the suit up. Needing help with the zipper is a sign of a performance fit.
  • Use the pads of your fingers to avoid fingernail tears.

"Suit fits very well and happy with the suggested size by the chart. The arms up design works as stated. I had nice long pulls without pinching as in my BlueSeventy Fusion suit with 600+ Miles on it. Easy on and off too. The knee, elbow alignment marking are spot on. (can’t see shoulder dot very well. Try a lighter color for the shoulder dot. ) 3 separate 5000 yard open water swims and I am keeping it."

Great wetsuit!!

"Great product, this is my first time using a wetsuit and I was a little concerned, but even though I felt a little restriction in my shoulders (I guess I need to use it more to feel it as my new natural) in my first try, at same RPE, I saw an improvement from 2min/100m to 1:40m/100m so the difference is huge for me!! It really makes a difference!!"

So far, so good. . .

"I can only really rate this suit based on fit and comfort after a few open water swims. Most notably, the sizing that was recommended by ROKA based on height and weight appears to be spot on. I had ordered two sizes to be safe - the one that coincided with the ROKA recommendation was definitely the right one. Although I am not experienced with wetsuits, I can say that the suit feels great. The shoulder mobility is as advertised."

Amazing!!!!! First time wearing a

"Amazing!!!!! First time wearing a wetsuit in over 30 years. Been training for a triathlon since September, pool workouts have been my least favorite. First time in the pool to test the suit I dropped my 1. 2 mile workout by 2 min 30 sec without even trying. Super slick, allows me to actually float and even feels like my arms are in the perfect position. It is like all the tips I have been trying to accomplish all came together in a single workout with the suit. Can’t wait to try it in open water. Thank you!!!!!"

Love my wetsuit

"Hi guys. . . I am 70 years old, I have been swimming in the St-Lawrence river near Montreal for the last 40 years. I start end of May when the water hits 55F till the end of October when it hits 55F again. I am not a champion of any sorts but I do my 3-4 km swim every Monday ,Wednesday and Friday at 10h30 am in good or bad weather. My last Roka Comp wetsuit lasted 5 years. . . . I did have to patch it a few times under the armpits. My fellow swimmers wetsuits were coming apart when mine was still going on strong. I cannot tell you much about balance, flexibility or design but what I can tell you is that this wetsuit is far and above anything that my fellow swimmers wear. My speed increases by at least 15 to 20 % with the wetsuit on compared to the warmer months where I don't need one so the wetsuit absolutely helps and I don't have to work much harder with the suit on compared to no suit so flexibility is well fantastic. The design must be good because I feel really great in it. I must have put it on at least 175 times. Plus I am definitely warmer in the cold water than what my fellow swimmers wear . Can't wait to give my new one a go. Thank you Roka for the best wetsuit I have ever owned."
