Lucy and Taylor Going 1-2 Out of the Water, 1-2 at 70.3 Worlds

Lucy Charles-Barclay and Taylor Knibb lit Marbella the course on fire, just 4 weeks after Kona.

Lucy executed her race flawlessly from start to finish: First out of the water in 25:05, crushing the hilly, technical bike, then showing the world what it looks like when mermaids fly, delivering not only the fastest swim in the world, but also the fastest run! Racing the way only she can for the win in 4:14:54.

Taylor's love of racing was on full display as her signature smile preceded a fiery and fierce performance. She came second out of the water, 47 seconds back, then quickly worked to close the gap. She overtook Lucy on the bike, coming first into T2, then ran with heart and grit to second place in 4:17:55, over 4 minutes ahead of her next competitor.

It was an absolute joy to watch Lucy and Taylor race. Through their thrilling performances, they showed us all, once again, why they're the best in the world.

Relive the race in photos here!

Lucy Charles-Barclay's #1 Swim in Kona

From the cannon, the swim was all Lucy’s. She powered through big swells, leading fearlessly, untouchably off the front, turning on her back once to eye the minute-plus gap that no one could close. For 49 minutes and 26 seconds, we were entranced. The power, mastery, and grace with which Lucy swims are unmatched. Truly magical to watch—especially from underwater.

Matt Hauser Winning the WTCS World Champinship

Matt Hauser Wollongong Champion swim start

On his way to winning WTCS Wollongong and becoming #1 in the World, Matt Hauser had a swim start for the ages, exploding off the line and dolphining like…a dolphin…to jump ahead of the field in seconds. It was a moment of pure excitement that culminated in a thrilling victory, making Matt not only the Grand Final winner, but also the 2025 WTCS Champion!

"I set myself a lofty goal this year," he said, "and to do it on home soil is an absolute dream come true.”

Hauser is the first Aussie male ever to win the WTCS title--and the first athlete ever to win 4 WTCS events in a single season.

Laura Philipp Setting the Ironman World Record

Laura’s unbreakable mental game and intense love of the sport shine through every performance. Her win at the 2024 Ironman World Championship? Brilliant. Her 3rd place podium at this year’s Ironman World Championship? Incredible.

But perhaps her most mind-blowing performance—especially knowing she didn’t learn to swim until she was 24—was at Ironman Hamburg in June, where she set the Ironman World Record, dropping it tantalizingly close to sub-8 with an 8:03:13. The breakdown: 54:40 swim, 4:23:38 bike, and a record-setting 2:38:27 marathon. Simply spectacular!

Marten Van Riel Crushing Nice—Despite a Sprained Ankle

MVR is a singular athlete. The Belgian wunderkind dominates every distance, racing everything from the Olympics to Ironman. And he does it with humility and an infectious humor all his own--always keepin’ it Riel.

At this year’s IRONMAN World Championship in Nice, Marten came in low on run training as he rehabbed an ankle sprain, not knowing exactly what it could handle. He raced courageously from the cannon, coming out of the water with the lead pack in a blistering 45:17, keeping up front on the bike, and sticking to his plan to run 3:45/km for a still-incredible 2:40:46 and 4th place.

“I really felt that these guys were out of this world today,” he told Tri247 of the Norwegian podium sweep. “But I’m still proud to be the first non-Norwegian across the line.”

The ROKA STNDRD Racing Women’s Team Launching in Kona

Three amazing women toed the line in Kona in RSR kits, and the world’s fastest AG women’s team was born!

The heart, determination, and skill these women displayed on that day was extraordinary. Watching them face down harsh conditions with grit, and support each other throughout the process and to the finish line gave us goosebumps.

It was the perfect launch for what is now an incredible team of 25 women, hailing from across the U.S. and ranging in age from 23 to 59. We can’t wait to watch them shine in 2026!

Experiencing the Gorgeous Places Triathlon Took Us

From Marbella to Kona, Wollongong to Nice, it’s a privilege to get to swim-bike-run around the world. To experience beautiful cities in a unique way. To be welcomed into different cultures united through our shared passion. These are life-changing opportunities we will never take for granted. To get to share them with friends, family, and our fellow athletes is a true gift.

Entering our Second Decade as IRONMAN’s Official Swimwear Partner

IRONMAN ROKA start line in Marbella

The anticipation. The adrenaline. That first stroke. The transformational journey it took to get to that moment, the challenge ahead, and that heart-pounding finish line. We live for it all.

IRONMAN profoundly inspired us in the '80s. Seeing people achieve the impossible, discovering their potential and resilience along the way, motivated us to do the same. To become IRONMAN's Official Swimwear Sponsor in 2015 was a childhood dream come true.

IRONMAN events test the limits of human performance. Everyone who toes the line embraces innovation, and breaking barriers--pushing the edges of what they can do. These are the principles we live by. They're baked into our DNA.

We're grateful for all IRONMAN has done to grow the sport of triathlon, from creating world-class events all over the planet, to growing the global community of triathletes. And for the incredible work they do behind the scenes to give everyone the opportunity to take on the ultimate challenge in a safe and supportive environment.

We're thrilled to continue to support the tens of thousands of athletes every year courageous enough to take on this ultimate challenge.

Here's to more adventures and magical moments next year!
