"I bought both the S/M and M/L and have a small head so the S/M fits a bit better and more snug which is ideal. I have tried out brands and feel ROKA uses a softer material which I prefer. Less chaffing. Using this for a race and I can even put a silicon swim cap over it because it has a slimmer profile. Highly recommend"
