These size charts are a guide. Once you get your suit, please try it on.

FIT TIPS

  • Neoprene wetsuits will be slightly looser in the water. Even if your suit feels tight on land, it may feel right in the water.
  • Neoprene can stretch a little bit more when warmed up.
  • If you fit more than one size, sizing down will give you a tight fit and you should expect to take 10-12 minutes to put the suit on properly.
  • The suit should feel tight, but if it constricts your breathing or restricts shoulder movement in the water, then you need to size up.
  • Expect to have someone help you zip the suit up. Needing help with the zipper is a sign of a performance fit.
  • Use the pads of your fingers to avoid fingernail tears.

Amazing!!!!! First time wearing a

"Amazing!!!!! First time wearing a wetsuit in over 30 years. Been training for a triathlon since September, pool workouts have been my least favorite. First time in the pool to test the suit I dropped my 1. 2 mile workout by 2 min 30 sec without even trying. Super slick, allows me to actually float and even feels like my arms are in the perfect position. It is like all the tips I have been trying to accomplish all came together in a single workout with the suit. Can’t wait to try it in open water. Thank you!!!!!"

Love my wetsuit

"Hi guys. . . I am 70 years old, I have been swimming in the St-Lawrence river near Montreal for the last 40 years. I start end of May when the water hits 55F till the end of October when it hits 55F again. I am not a champion of any sorts but I do my 3-4 km swim every Monday ,Wednesday and Friday at 10h30 am in good or bad weather. My last Roka Comp wetsuit lasted 5 years. . . . I did have to patch it a few times under the armpits. My fellow swimmers wetsuits were coming apart when mine was still going on strong. I cannot tell you much about balance, flexibility or design but what I can tell you is that this wetsuit is far and above anything that my fellow swimmers wear. My speed increases by at least 15 to 20 % with the wetsuit on compared to the warmer months where I don't need one so the wetsuit absolutely helps and I don't have to work much harder with the suit on compared to no suit so flexibility is well fantastic. The design must be good because I feel really great in it. I must have put it on at least 175 times. Plus I am definitely warmer in the cold water than what my fellow swimmers wear . Can't wait to give my new one a go. Thank you Roka for the best wetsuit I have ever owned."

Nice suit but oversized

"Very well made wetsuit. Zero chaffing for me. Keeps warm and comfortable in cold water 18c. Problem is it's quite oversized for me. I'm 192cm, 81kg, long and lean. Bought size MT same as my old wetsuit of a different brand and the size recommended by the Roka sizing guide. Symptoms include water sloshing around my back when swimming faster my arms too, neoprene bunching up at the front around my hip level. Everywhere else fits fine. Another issue is removing the wetsuit. Arms are ok however getting the last part off my heels is not possible without using both my hands/fingers. In summary, it's comfortable but is ill fitting and lacks speed I expected, including speed of removal that is desired for racing triathlons."
